Sweet shop style Palak pakora snack is a popular snack recipe in India. & it is prepared by spinach, besan, rice flour, onions. this recipe is very similar to onion pakora, even the ingredients are almost similar except spinach.
Palak pakora includes spinach & few mint leaves that flavors will gives a good recipe.
I have added coriander leaves also, if we observe all these green leaves of ingredients are very healthy. although gives a nice flavor to recipe. every one loves this snack in a family including kids.

Ingredients :
1 Spinach (finely chopped) - 1 bowl
2 Chopped onion - one
3 Green chills (finely chopped) - 4-5
4 Coriander leaves - few
5 Curry leaves - few
6 Mint leaves - few
7 Crushed carom seeds - 1 spoon
8 Salt - as required
9 Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
10 Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
11 Cooking soda - 2 pinches
12 Besan (gram flour) - 1/2 bowl
13 Rice flour - 1/4 flour
14 Oil - required for deep fry.
Given below step by step recipe preparation photos :
Step 1 Firstly, in a mixing bowl, add one bowl of finely chopped and washed spinach. (if you want to prepare more amount of pakoras then take spinach according to your need ) and calculate the amount of ingredients accordingly.
Step 2 Add one finely chopped onion. chop like a slices, do not cut into square shape.
Step 3 Add few mint leaves, few coriander leaves, few curry leaves, and finely chopped green chilies 4-5.
Step 4 Add salt as required, and add cooking soda 2 pinches, do not add more than this.
Step 5 Next add One spoon of ginger garlic paste to the bowl. and add 1/2 spoon of crushed carom seeds, 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 spoon coriander powder. then combine them once.
Step 6 Add Half bowl of gram flour / besan to the bowl and 1/4 bowl of rice flour. adding rice flour helps us to get crispy pakora.
Step 7 Squeeze them and mix well to make pakora batter. no need to add water, because vegetables have enough water when we squeeze.
Step 8 Combine and knead for 2-3 minutes to get perfect batter. Batter should be tight, then only we can able to make crispy pakora.
Step 9 Heat pan and add required oil for deep fry, check whether oil ready to fry by adding small amount of batter to the oil.
If its come up immediately then its ready to fry. once oil ready to fry, Gently slid one by one pakora batter in hot oil.
Step 10 Fry on low - medium flame till they get golden brown color. if its cooked one side then flip to other side to fry evenly.
Step 11 Once done, Now transfer them to the serving bowl. and serve immediately. enjoy Palak pakora.

How to make sweet shop style Palak pakora snack :

- Add few mint leaves, few coriander leaves, few curry leaves, and finely chopped green chilies 4-5.
- Furthermore, add salt as required, and cooking soda 2 pinches, one spoon of ginger garlic paste to the bowl.
- Add 1/2 spoon crushed carom seeds, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, and 1/2 spoon coriander powder.
- Squeeze them and mix well to make pakora batter. no need to add water, because vegetables have enough water when we squeeze.
- Batter should be tight to make crispy pakora, once batter is ready then Gently slid pakora batter in hot oil.
- Fry on low - medium flame till they get golden brown color, flip them to fry evenly, to prevent from over cook one side. once done with frying the, transfer them to the serving bowl, and enjoy sweet shop style Palak pakora snack
