Crispy and tasty besan sev snack recipe : Crispy and tasty besan sev made with besan (gram flour ), it is Indian traditional snack which is accompanied with besan, rice flour, red chili powder and salt. rice flour helps us to get crispy deep fried snack.
This would be a best evening snack recipe especially for kids. it has been widely prepared recipe during tholi Ekadashi festival in Telangana state. although you can store these snacks about 10-15 days in air lock boxes.
Dough should not be too soft, as it will stick to your hand also to sev maker. every time while you put this dough inside sev maker its became hard to take portion of dough. make sure this dough is little tight.
If you take perfect quantity of flour & water that would be fine for make perfect dough. the quantity of flour and water should be in equal amount. and apply oil to sev disc to prevent from sticking dough to the sev disc.

How to make Crispy and tasty besan sev snack recipe :
Dough preparation :
Step 1 - Take large mixing bowl, sieve and add three bowls of besan to mixing bowl and add 3/4 bowl of rice flour.
Step 2 - Add salt to taste to the flour, next add red chili powder 2 spoons, ginger garlic paste one spoon, crushed carom seeds one spoon, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, and 2 spoon hot oil.
Step 3 - Now combine all, then add water gradually and knead it to make dough. dough should not be too smooth or sticky.
Making sev :
Step 1 - Take sev maker, grease disc (small holes disc ). place disc in sev maker then add enough dough to sev maker and close the lid.
Step 2 - Take one polythene paper, and grease paper, Now start making sev by pressing sev maker on the polythene paper, make to round shape sev . or (you can directly press on hot oil). make all in same size.
Deep frying Crispy and tasty besan sev :
Step 1 - By the time heat oil for deep fry. once oil ready to fry then gently slid one by one into hot oil.
Step 2 fry on low- medium flame till it get golden brown color. once they reach to required color and transfer to the serving bowl & enjoy at tea time. that's how we need to prepare the Crispy and tasty besan sev snack recipe .
Here given step by step instructions with photos :
1 In a large bowl add three bowls of besan / gram flour, sieve before you add.
2 Add One bowl of rice flour to the same bowl.
3 Now add salt as required, 1/4 spoon turmeric powder, 2 spoons of red chili powder, one spoon ginger garlic paste, 1 spoon crushed carom seeds, 2 spoon of hot oil. then combine all.
4 Add water gradually, start kneading dough and knead well to make soft dough.
5 Then take sev maker and place small holes disc. (grease disc before place)
6 Now place dough into sev maker. Start making besan sev by pressing sev maker. on the greased polythene paper.
7 Make round shape sev. or you can directly place in hot oil of pan.
8 Then heat oil in large pan. once oil ready to fry then Slid sev one by one gently into hot oil.
9 Deep fry on low to medium flame. till it gets golden brown color, once done transfer to bowl.
10 Once done transfer to serving bowl. and enjoy Crispy and tasty besan sev snack .
