Home made veg noodels (vegetable noodles recipe) : Home made veg noodels are most popular fast food across India, it has become widely prepared food recipe where it has been selling at street side.
although its being part in regular breakfast recipes.
Usually it is cooked in boiling water, and it consists of spices, vegetables, and sauces such as red chili sauce, tomato sauce. this recipe served for break fast, snacks time along with tomato ketchup.
Required amount of spices and salt will be adjust this recipe taste. there are different types of noodles such as veg noodles' & egg noodles.
here I have made noodles with vegetables. it is very easy to make and given below step by step to make Home made veg noodles' .

Boiling noodles :
Step 1 - Take noodle from pack. put the large vessel on the flame and add required amount of water. let the water heat on medium flame. once water started boiling add noodles (required amount as you want) to boiling water.
Step 2 - Now cook noodles on medium flame. till the noodles become soft. should not over cook because noodles becomes over soft and sticky.
Step 3 - Once noodles cooked, turn off the flame. then drain them to remove from water. and keep aside.
Making Home made veg noodles' :
Step 1 - Now heat pan, and half table spoon oil. its depends on quantity of noodles. let the oil heat on low to medium flame. then add chopped garlic, one sliced onion, 3-4 finely chopped green chilies. sauté till onions become transparent.
Step 2 - Next add one bowl finely grated cabbage, one bowl carrot, one bowl capsicum.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3 - Add salt as required, one spoon pepper powder, one spoon soya sauce, one spoon tomato sauce. then mix well, then add boiled noodles and mix gently with spices.
finally squeeze some lemon juice then turn off the flame. once done transfer to serving bowl. serve tasty and spicy Home made veg noodels with tomato sauce.
Detailed instructions with photos :
1 Firstly, put pan / vessel on the flame, Boil noodles by adding required water. then add water to pan, let the water heat for 2-3 minutes, then place noodles in pan.
2 Boil noodles till become soft, do not over cook because noodles become sticky like a dough. once they cook partially and soft remove from the flame.
3 Once done drain water from them, and keep boiled noodle's aside.
4 Heat pan again, and add half table spoon oil. let it heat for a minute.
5 Add chopped garlic, one sliced onion, 3-4 chopped green chilies, sauté well on medium flame till onions becomes transparent, chilis has changed their color slightly.
6 Now add one bowl grated cabbage, one bowl grated carrots, one bowl grated capsicum. then sauté for 4-5 minutes on low- medium flame.
7 Add salt to taste, one spoon pepper powder, half spoon coriander powder, one spoon soya sauce, one spoon tomato sauce, then combine all.
8 Add boiled noodles and gently combine with spices. with out break them.
