This can be simple, and Cake is often served as dish on birthdays, wedding anniversaries. there are several ways for making cake.
Generally cakes are made with Maida flour. but here I have made Egg less wheat flour cake.
Commonly used ingredients are - flour, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, butter cream, vanilla flavor, fruits, nuts. there are also some other cakes like fruit cakes, cool cake etc..
But in this recipe I have made cake without using them. and without oven. it is plain and whole wheat flour cake. it is also one of the most popular food recipe now a days.

How to make Egg less wheat flour cake :
Preparing cake batter :
Step 1 - In a mixing bowl add 1/2 bowl of sugar powder, 2 pinches of salt, 1/4 spoon cooking soda, 1/4 bowl oil.
Step 2 - Combine all and mix well using fork, it should be form as smooth paste.
Step 3 - Then add 1/4 bowl curd and whisk till it becomes creamy and soft. do not over whisk. it should be fluffy.
Step 4 - Add one bowl of wheat flour. mix in clock wise only to get perfect soft cake.
Step 5 - Then add half bowl milk gradually and mix in clockwise. whisk till to form soft and fluffy batter. batter should not be too thick or too thin & keep it side.'
Baking Egg less wheat flour cake without oven :
Step 1 - Take large vessel, place one stand inside of the vessel, & Put on the flame then close lid. and preheat for 10 minutes on high flame.
Step 2 - Meanwhile, take cake pan. grease with ghee inside, it helps to prevent sticking cake while cooking. then add one spoon wheat flour over inside of pan where we already greased with ghee & spread this flour over ghee in the cake pan.
Step 3 - Now pour batter to cake pan gently. & tap once to remove air bubbles.
Step 4 - After 10 minutes, place this cake pan in vessel on stand, close lid and keep the flame on low - medium & cook for 25-30 minutes.
Checking whether the cake baked fully :
Step 1 - Now check cake with tooth pin or fork whether its fully cooked. if pin comes out as it is with out batter, that ensure the cake fully baked. if it comes out clean turn off the flame.
if batter stick to pin or fork that means cake could not baked. then keep on the flame for more 5 minutes. then turn off the flame.
Step 2 - Let the cake comes to room temperature for that leave it for 15 minutes.
Step 3 - Flip the cake pan on plate. tap over it and gently remove cake from the cake pan to plate. enjoy yummy & fluffy Egg less wheat flour cake .

1 In a bowl Add 1/2 bowl sugar powder, 2 pinches of salt, 1/4 spoon cooking soda.
2 Add 1/4 bowl oil to the bowl.
3 mix well using fork to get smooth paste.
4 Next, add 1/4 bowl curd, again mix to form smooth batter.
5 Then it has become fluffy and creamy.
6 Next, add one bowl of wheat flour. mix in clock wise .
7 Add 1/2 bowl bowl of milk gradually, mix in clock wise.
8 Mix in clock wise till get fluffy batter.
9 Take large vessel, and place stand in vessel. close lid then preheat on high flame.
10 Take cake pan, grease pan then add one spoon wheat flour. spread over ghee.
11 Then add prepared batter to pan.
12 Tap to remove bubbles. then place in vessel on stand.
13 Then set the flame on low, bake for 30 minutes.
14 After 30 minutes, check cake fully cooked. check with fork.
15 Flour should not come out with fork.
16 Rest it for 10 minutes, it should come to the room temperature before transfer to the other plate to cut into pieces.
17 Transfer from the pan to plate gently, by turn over the pan to plate and tap gently to place cake on plate.
18 Then cut cake into pieces and enjoy fluffy Egg less wheat flour cake.

1 Wheat flour - 1 bowl
2 Salt - 2 pinches
3 Cooking soda - 1/4 soda
4 Curd - 1/4 bowl
5 Milk - 1/2 bowl
6 Sugar powder - 1/2 bowl
7 Oil - 1/4 bowl
8 Ghee - one spoon
