Fluffy pancake without eggs recipe :
Preparing Batter Fluffy pancake without eggs :
Step 1 Firstly in a mixing bowl, add 1/4 bowl sugar powder, add 3 pinches of cooking soda and 2 pinches of salt then combine all.
Step 2 In a same bowl add1/4 bowl butter or melted ghee and add 1/4 bowl curd then mix them well by using fork. or egg beater.
Step 3 Beat till the batter becomes fluffy and creamy. do not over beat because it may lose creamy consistency.
Step 4 Add one bowl of all-purpose flour and combine in clock wise.
Step 5 Now add half bowl of milk gradually, beat in clock wise to make soft batter. once batter ready, keep it aside.
Baking Fluffy pancake without eggs :
Step 1 Take nonstick fry pan, put it on flame & preheat the pan on high flame for 4-5 minutes. once the pan ready, adjust the flame on low to medium flame.
Step 2 Then grease ghee in a pan, now pour 1/4 bowl of batter in pan in a round shape like small dosa.
Step 3 Let it cook for 4 minutes on one side, then flip to other side and cook for 2 minutes. on low- medium flame.
Step 4 Now gently take out from the pan to serving bowl.
Step 5 Soft and Fluffy pancake without eggs are ready to serve, serve with strawberry syrup or maple syrup or jam or whipped cream.

2 Add, 1/4 bowl melted ghee, and 1/4 bowl of curd. beat well by using fork or egg beater.
3 Add, One bowl all purpose flour, and mix in clock wise. then it will become fluffy and creamy.

5 Make sure batter should be fluffy. with out lumps.
6 Preheat nonstick pan for 4-5 minutes on high flame.

8 Pour 1/4 bowl cake batter like a small dosa. start poring at middle of the pan. and make a round shape.
9 Close lid, for 4 minutes.
10 Check whether cake baked. by using fork.
