This is one of the best snack which can prepare instantly, and is also very easy to make. generally this snack last for one week minimum, we can store them in air lock box for 7- 10 days.

I have used green chilies to make this recipe, you can use red chilies instead.

Preparation rice snacks :
Step 1 Add one table spoon of oil and let it heat for a minute.
Step 2 Once oil ready, then keep the flame on low, and add half spoon of cumin seeds. sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 3 add 3 spoons of ground nuts then fry for 1-2 minutes till they slightly change color.
Step 4 Then add 2 spoons roasted Bengal gram, and sauté for 1- 2 minutes on low flame.
step 5 Next add few curry leaves, and 5-6 red chilies, and 4-5 garlic cloves. sauté for 1-2 minutes. wait till curry leaves becomes crispy, and red chilies get change color slightly.
Frying puffed rice :
Step 6 Add half spoon turmeric powder, combine them. then add puffed rice as required to tempering.
Furthermore, add required salt, just combine them till puffed rice coated with turmeric powder, & sauté for 2-3 minutes till they become crispy. keep stir till they become crunchy.
Step 7 Once they become crispy, turn off the flame and transfer them to serving bowl. then puffed rice snacks or Quick Murmura snacks recipe is ready to serve, serve at evening time at snacks.

1 In a pan add one table spoon of oil, put the pan on the flame and let the oil heat for a minute.
2 Add half spoon cumin seeds, sauté for one minute on low flame.

4 Add half spoon turmeric powder, 4-5 red chilies, 4-5 garlic, and few curry leaves. combine all and sauté for 2 minutes on low flame. red chilies get change color slightly, and curry leaves becomes crispy.
5 Add puffed rice as required to tempering. and add salt to taste. then sauté for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. stir continuously because puffed rice should become crispy evenly.
6 Once done, turn off the flame and transfer them to serving bowl. you can store them for a week in air lock box.

- Take large vessel firstly, now add one table spoon of oil, let it heat for a minute.
- Once oil ready, then keep the flame on low, and add half spoon cumin seeds. sauté for 30 seconds.
