Preparing ingredients :
Step 1 Firstly take one bowl of flattened rice, wash them once and drain quickly. then keep aside drained flattened rice.
Step 2 Take on medium size onion, & 3-4 green chilis, One small size potato, later finely chop them, once done with cutting just wash for one time and keep them aside.
Preparing Healthy veg poha recipe :
Step 2 Add 1/4 spoon cumin seeds, 1/4 spoon mustard seeds. sauté for 30 seconds till they begin to splutter.
Step 3 Furthermore, add one chopped onion, 3-4 chopped green chilies. and sauté till onions becomes transparent on medium flame.
Step 4 Add one small size chopped potato. sauté 2 minutes, add 3 spoons ground nuts. and sauté till they get light brown color.
Step 5 Add one spoon ginger garlic paste, sauté for half minute to release raw smell by it self. later add half spoon of turmeric powder and combine all of them.
Step 6 Add washed poha to pan and combine all. then add salt to taste as u required to your taste. combine all once again till turmeric powder coated well flattened rice. and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Step 7 Finally, squeeze 2 spoons of lemon juice, just before you remove pan from the flame. Combine them once, lemon juice helps us to add extra flavor to poha so that poha would be a delicious breakfast.

1 In a pan, add one table spoon of oil, put it on the flame & let the oil heat for a while.
2 Add half spoon cumin seeds, half spoon mustard seeds. sauté for 30 seconds, slowly they will start splutter.
3 Add one finely chopped onion, 3-4 chopped green chilies. sauté till onions get transparent. and green chilies get changed color slightly.
4 Add one chopped potato. sauté till potato get fried, you can find that potato becomes soft when it gets cooked fully. it will take 2-3 minutes of time.
5 Add 3 spoons groundnuts, sauté till they get change color slightly.
6 Add one spoon ginger garlic paste. sauté for half minute to remove raw smell.
7 Add half spoon turmeric powder and combine all.
8 Furthermore, add washed and drained poha to the pan, & salt as required to your taste, combine all of them till the poha get coated with turmeric and remaining flavors. cook for 2 minutes till all the flavors combined.
9 Finally, add 2 spoons lemon juice. just before remove pan from the flame. just combine lemon juice with poha.
10 Now, delicious poha breakfast is ready to serve. serve quickly when its hot enough.

How to make Healthy veg poha recipe :
- Firstly take one bowl of flattened rice, wash them once and drain quickly. then keep aside drained flattened rice.
- Heat fry pan and add one table spoon of oil. and let it heat.
- Then add 1/4 spoon cumin seeds, 1/4 spoon mustard seeds. sauté for 30 seconds till they begin to splutter.
- Next, add one chopped onion, 3-4 chopped green chilies. and sauté till onions becomes transparent on medium flame.
- Then add one small size chopped potato, and one finely chopped carrot, if you have you can use carrots. other wise carrots are optional for this Healthy veg poha recipe and then sauté for 2 minutes.
- Next add 3 spoons ground nuts. and sauté till they get light brown color.
- Add one spoon ginger garlic paste, sauté for half minute, then add half spoon turmeric powder. combine all.
- Next add washed poha to pan and combine all. then add salt to taste as u required to your taste. combine all once again. and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Tips of Healthy veg poha recipe :
- You can add few of green peas to this recipe, green peas are healthy & it would be a good combination.
- Do not over cook poha as it will stick to the pan, and taste will get change slightly.
- Serve as much as quickly, because when its hot enough it has good taste.
- Add lemon juice to poha just before removing pan from the flame.
