Step 1 firstly, In a vessel Take 2 medium size potatoes, add water as required to boil potatoes, and boil potatoes. you can also check whether potatoes fully boiled, by using spoon.
Step 2 Once potatoes cooked fully, remove from the flame, let them cool down by adding cool water, then remove the skin from potatoes. then cut them into pieces, and keep aside.

Step 1 put pan, or vessel on the flame, add one table spoon of oil, let it heat, once oil ready, then add 1/4 spoon cumin seeds, and 1/4 spoon mustard seeds, one cardamom pod, 3 cloves, one inch cinnamon, one bay leaf, sauté for 30 seconds.

1 Potatoes - 2 medium size
2 Tomatoes - 3 medium size
3 Onion - one
4 Curry leaves - few
5 Coriander leaves - few
6 Cumin seeds - 1/ 4 spoon
7 Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
8 Cloves - 3
9 Cardamom pod - one
10 Bay leaf - 1
11 Cinnamon - 1 inch
12 Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
13 Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
14 Zeera powder - 1/4 spoon
15 Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
16 Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
17 Ground nuts - 1 spoon
18 Dry Coconut pieces - 6-7
19 Roasted Bengal gram - 1 spoon
20 Coriander seeds - 1 spoon
21 Oil - one table spoon
22 Salt - as required

Given below step by step recipe photos ( potato kurma recipe) :
1 Firstly, in a pan add one table spoon of oil, let it heat on medium flame. once oil ready adjust the flame to low to medium.
Then add 1/4 spoon mustard seeds, 1/4 spoon cumin seeds, one cardamom pod, 3 cloves, one inch cinnamon, one bay leaf. then sauté for 30 - 40seconds.
2 Next, add chopped onions, sauté till they get transparent, then add few curry leaves, add 2-3 red chilies, sauté for 30 seconds, and add one spoon ginger garlic paste sauté for 30 seconds.
3 Add 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, then add chopped tomatoes combine once and cook till tomatoes fully cooked. and they become soft.
4 In other hand, in other pan, add one spoon ground nuts, one spoon Bengal gram, 6-7 dry coconut pieces, then put it on medium flame and roast till they get light brown color.
Once done remove from the flame and let them cool down.
5 Then transfer to mixer jar and grind it to smooth paste by adding required water.
6 Then, add prepared coconut paste to pan and add one bowl of water, if required more water, combine well till paste mixed with water.
Add salt as required, red chili powder as required, coriander powder, zeera powder, garam masala, and boiled potatoes, combine all once and cook for 10-12 minutes, on low flame.
7 After 10 minutes open lid and mix once, curry becomes thick, and oil started to separate from curry. finally add 1/4 spoon coriander leaves. then remove from the flame.
8 Transfer to serving bowl, serve Telangana potato kurma with your favorite combination, and also you can prepare potato kurma for poori.
