Eggless wheat flour cupcakes

Eggless wheat flour cupcakes are simple & delicious recipe which is very popular across India. although is a regular food where we found in stores out side.
generally cup cakes are prepared by all-purpose flour, and it can be done with Atta flour / wheat flour as well.
This recipe is done with out oven and without egg, without baking powder, usually this recipe is prepared by eggs and baking powder but I have used curd instead of eggs. it would be replace eggs to get fluffy cakes.
Skipping baking powder is optional, generally baking powder is one of the ingredient in cake, but we can add curd instead of baking powder.
Here I'm not using oven, I made this Eggless wheat flour cupcakes without oven, but its little hard to bake perfect because of flame adjustment. you need to careful of flame, adjusting flame on low to medium is perfect flame to get perfect output.
This is best Eggless wheat flour cupcakes although most wanted food recipe especially for kids now a days.
How to make Eggless wheat flour cupcakes :
Making cake batter :
- Firstly, grind half bowl sugar to smooth powder, it will become one bowl of sugar powder.
- In a mixing bowl add one bowl of sugar powder, and 1/4 bowl of sugar powder to it. then beat using fork or beater to smooth paste.
- Furthermore add 1/4 bowl of curd and beat till it will become creamy and smooth paste. do not over beat.
- later add One bowl of Maida flour / all purpose flour, and 1/4 spoon cooking soda, and 1/4 spoon of baking powder (optional), well.
- I have not added baking powder. also add 1/4 spoon salt to taste and 1/4 spoon of cardamom powder for good flavor. Combine in clock wise, and add 1/4 bowl of milk gradually (little by little).
- Mix in clock wise till the batter becomes soft and creamy, make sure there are no limps in batter. and Batter consistency should be flowing consistency, not too thick or too thin.
Making Eggless wheat flour cupcakes without oven :
- By the time take large vessel, place one stand in vessel and place one thin plate in vessel on the stand. then put this vessel on the flame and adjust flame on high. preheat for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, take 4-5 paper rea cups, grease inside with ghee or oil, and spread some flour inside. pour the batter in each of them.
- Pour till half cup because it would become overflow till the full cup. tap cups after filling with batter to prevent of bubbles.
Baking Eggless wheat flour cupcakes :
- After 10 minutes, Place these cups on the inside of the vessel, and adjust the flame to low-medium flame.
- cook till 25 minutes, after 20-25 minutes check whether cake baked fully using fork, dip fork into cake, and take out, if its come out easily and if not sticking with flour or comes out clean as it is, then cake baked fully.
- Turn off the flame, rest them for 10-15 minutes, furthermore take them out and Eggless wheat flour cupcakes are ready. just serve & enjoy cup cakes.
Ingredients :
1 Maida flour - 1 bowl
2 Milk - 1/4 bowl
3 Curd - 1/4 bowl
4 Oil - 1/4 bowl
5 cardamom powder - 1/4 spoon
6 Salt - 1/4 spoon
7 Cooking soda - 1/4 spoon
8 Sugar powder - 1 bowl
Given step by step recipe for Eggless wheat flour cupcakes :
1 Initially, in a mixing bowl add one bowl of sugar powder.
2 Add 1/4 bowl of oil or ghee, here I have used oil.
3 Mix using fork, till its dissolved in oil, and became smooth cream.
4 Furthermore, add 1/4 bowl curd to it, beat till becomes creamy.
5 Then, add one bowl of Maida flour, 1/4 spoon cooking soda, 1/4 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon cardamom powder and combine all.
6 Add 1/4 bowl of milk gradually, start mixing in clockwise. till it get fluffy and creamy consistency. make sure there are no lumps in batter.
7 Batter consistency should have flowing consistency, do not make over thick or thin batter.
8 Take a large vessel, place stand inside of the vessel then put it on the flame, close lid and keep the flame on high. preheat for 10 minutes.
9 Meanwhile, grease paper tea cups with ghee or oil, and spread some flour inside of cup over ghee.
10 Pour prepared cake batter in cups till half of the cup. do not fill full cup.
11 Tap all the cups to remove the bubbles in the batter.
12 After 10 minutes of preheat of vessel, place all cups in vessel on plate.
13 Close lid, and keep the flame low to medium flame. do not cook cake high flame or very low flame.
14 You can check the flame on below picture, like this you should adjust the flame. and cook till 25 minutes.
15 After 25 minutes, check whether the cake baked fully, dip fork over cake, if its come out as it is as clean.
Then cake baked fully. turn off the flame and let them cool down for 15 minutes.
16 After 15 minutes take out all cakes, gently remove Eggless wheat flour cupcakes from the all cups.
17 Check inside of the cake, well its cooked fully and got perfect output.
