Raw Vegetable bread roll

Raw vegetables bread roll is an very easy & tasty snack which can be prepared by few vegetables and bread slices.
Bread roll recipe can be prepared by deep frying also with out deep frying as well, we can roast them using just 1 table spoon of oil.
Bread roll includes carrots, boiled potatoes, coriander leaves, and onions, onions is optional for this recipe, if you would like add onions only you can add them other wise you can skip adding onions.
Generally this recipe includes only boiled potatoes and masala powders. and you can add desired vegetables like carrots, capsicum, green peas.

How to make bread roll :
Potato mixture preparation :
Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 1 large boiled potato, and mash to smooth paste using steal bowl or any maker.
Step 2 Add 1/2 bowl finely chopped carrots, 1/2 finely chopped onions, onion is optional in this recipe.
Furthermore, add 1/2 bowl finely chopped coriander leaves.
Step 3 Now, add spices like 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder, 1/4 spoon of coriander and 1/4 spoon cumin powder, 1/4 spoon garam masala powder.
And 1/4 spoon amchur powder, 1/4 spoon pepper powder, 1 tea spoon of lemon juice.
Step 4 Combine all of them with mashed potato and take lemon size potato mixture to make cylinder shape. prepare all in cylinder shape and keep them aside.
Preparing bread roll :
Step 1 Take bread slices, remove sides from bread slices gently using knife.
Step 2 In a mixing bowl take glass of water, dip one bread slice, then quickly squeeze water completely from bread slice.
Step 3 Now, place prepared potato mixture and close gently by pressing with fingers. again make it like a cylinder shape. prepare all rolls in same way.
Deep frying bread rolls :
Step 1 Meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan till the oil becomes hot enough. once the oil is ready for deep fry adjust the flame on medium flame.
Step 2 Slid one by one gently and fry till they get golden brown color. once they fried well remove them from flame.
Step 3 Now, raw vegetables bread roll ready to serve. enjoy bread roll with tomato sauce and mint chutney.
Ingredients :
1 Potatoes - 1 large size
2 Carrots - 1/2 bowl carrots
3 Coriander leaves - 1/2 bowl
4 Onions - 1/2 bowl
5 Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon
6 Cumin powder - 1/4 spoon
7 Coriander powder - 1/4 spoon
8 Amchur powder - 1/4 spoon
9 salt - 1/2 spoon
10 Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon
11 Pepper powder - 1/4 spoon
12 Oil - for deep fry
13 Bread slices - here I required 5
14 Garam masala - 1/4 spoon

1 Initially, in a mixing bowl, add 1 large boiled potato and mash to smooth paste
2 Add raw vegetables like 1/2 bowl finely chopped carrots , coriander leaves, onions.
Furthermore, masala powders such as red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt to taste, pepper powder, amchur powder, and lastly lemon juice 1 tea spoon.
3 Combine all of them, take lemon size potato mixture and make cylinder shape.
4 Now, take bread slices and remove sides from bread. then dip in water quickly and then squeeze water completely.
5 Place potato mixture over bread slices, close and make again in cylinder shape by pressing with fingers.
6 Meanwhile, heat oil for deep fry till hot enough, and deep fry on medium flame. and fry till they get golden brown color.
7 Remove from flame, once they fried well.
