Raw vegetables roll recipe : Raw vegetables is roll is a simple spring roll which includes only raw vegetables with boiled potato stuff. this recipe required few vegetables such as carrot, onions, capsicum, potato, tomatoes.
There are different types of roll available in hotels and street food, and they includes slightly fried and cooked vegetables. also they are using some sauces to make roll.
Here raw vegetables roll filled with only finely chopped mixed raw vegetables which are combined with salt and pepper powder.
Raw vegetables roll is a very simple recipe which will not take long time. you can make this simply at your home with fresh vegetables.

How to make raw vegetables recipe :
Step 1 In a first step take a bowl of Maida flour or wheat flour, here I'm using Maida flour.
Dough preparation :
Add pinch of salt, 1/2 tea spoon crushed carom seeds, 1 table spoon hot oil, then combine & add water gradually to make dough.
Dough should not be too smooth, or too tight, once done making dough, set aside for 15 minutes.
Mixed vegetables masala :
Step 2 Meanwhile, boil 2 medium sized potatoes, and mash them to smooth paste.
Next, add 1 spoon pepper powder, 1/2 spoon coriander powder, 1/2 spoon cumin powder, salt 1/2 spoon. combine them all & keep aside.
Making raw vegetables roll :
Step 1 Next, take small portion of dough and roll it to thin sheet. once done with sheet, make two portion at middle.
Step 2 Cut & remove 1 inch from 2 corners, now place prepared vegetables masala and spread evenly over sheet.
Start rolling from 2 ends & from bottom to top. & apply flour paste on corner to seal completely. it helps to prevent leakage.
Step 3 Heat oil for deep fry till hot enough, once oil is ready to make fry, adjust the flame to medium heat.
Step 4 Now, fry them till they get golden brown.
Step 5 Once they fried well, remove from flame using strainer, and serve them hot with tomato sauce.
Ingredients :
1 Maida flour - 1 bowl
2 Oil - required for deep fry
3 Carom seeds - 1/2 spoon (crushed)
4 Salt - as required
Vegetables :
2 Potatoes - 2 medium sizes
3 Capsicum - 1/2 bowl finely chopped
4 Onions - 1/2 bowl
5 Carrots - 1/2 bowl
6 Green chilies - 2-3 finely chopped
Masala powder
1 Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
2 Cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
3 Pepper powder - 1 spoon
Given below step by step Raw vegetables roll recipe :
1 In a mixing bowl, add 1 bowl of all purpose flour, pinch of salt, 1/2 spoon crushed carom seeds, 1 table spoon oil.
2 Combine all, then knead to dough by adding water gradually. and set aside for 15 minutes.
3 Furthermore, boil 2 medium sized potatoes, and mash them to smooth paste.
4 Next, in mashed potato paste, add 1 bowl finely chopped tomatoes, 1/2 bowl carrots, 1/2 bowl capsicum, 1/2 bowl onions, 2-3 finely chopped green chilis.
Also add 1/2 spoon coriander powder, 1/2 spoon cumin powder, 1 spoon pepper powder. salt as required.
5 Take lemon size dough and roll to thin sheet.
6 Roll sheet as given below.
7 Cut this into 2 portions, also cu side parts to make 4 sides equal. then place prepared mixed vegetables & spread over sheet.
8 Roll gently from 2 ends first, then from bottom to top.
9 Apply flour paste on corner and seal completely.
10 Deep fry till they get golden brown, and then serve with tomato ketchup.
