How To make Paneer Butter Masala Recipe in restaurant style :

Frying paneer :
1 Initially, take 200 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut this paneer into cubes in small size. now add 1 table spoon of ghee to the pan and wait till melted.
2 Now, add paneer cubes to the pan, fry on medium flame till paneer cubes get slightly golden color. then remove from the pan & keep aside.
Making tomato & onion masala puree :
1 In the same pan, add one more table spoon of oil, and one inch cinnamon, one cardamom pod, 2 cloves, and sahjeera. fry for a minute.
2 Then add finely chopped onions 2 medium sized, fry onions well, till onions get golden brown color.
Here you can add 5-6 cashews (optional), and fry till get golden brown.
3 Now add chopped tomatoes 5 medium sized, and cook them on medium flame, till tomatoes becomes soft and fully cooked.
4 Once tomatoes cooked fully, remove from flame & cool completely to room temperature. because do not grind when its hot. once they become cool only you can add to mixer grinder, & grind to smooth paste or puree.
Keep this puree aside for further cooking.
Paneer Butter Masala Recipe in restaurant style :
1 To prepare Paneer Butter Masala Recipe in restaurant style, in a pan add 1 table spoon of oil, & let it heat for a while.
Now add biryani leaf, cardamom pod. sauté for a minute.
2 Further more, add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste then sauté for a minute till its release raw flavor.
Now, add prepared tomato puree to the pan, combine & sauté for 2-3 minutes.
3 Add all the spices now, red chili powder 1 tea spoon, add more if you want spicy.
Furthermore, 1/8 spoon turmeric powder, 3/4 spoon of coriander powder, 3/4 spoon garam masala (mixed spices powder), 3/4 spoon of cumin powder.
4 Combine all the spices, and cook for 6-7 minutes on medium flame. and stir occasionally while cooking. and you will see oil becomes separate from puree.
Once oil started separates from puree, add 1/4 bowl of fresh cream, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
5 Add fried paneer cubes to the pan, once combine all & then add 1 & 1/2 cup water to it. & salt to taste.
Check whether salt is enough, then adjust the flame low -medium to cook for 10 minutes, else till get desired consistency.
6 Once Paneer Butter Masala Recipe reaches desired consistency, remove from the flame & top up with coriander leaves & kasturi methi.

Paneer fry :
1 Initially, in a pan add 1 spoon ghee & fry 200 grams paneer cubes.

1 In same pan add one spoon oil , & add spices 1 inch cinnamon, 2 cardamom pods, 2 cloves, 1/4 spoon sahjeera.
2 Add 2 medium sized chopped onions, and fry till get golden color.
3 Tomatoes 5 medium sized chopped, and 4-5 cashews, cook till tomatoes becomes soft and mushy.
4 Once tomatoes cooked well, cool completely & grind to smooth paste.

1 In same pan, add one table spoon oil, and Add spices, 1 bay leaf, 1 cardamom pod.
2 Add tomato & onion puree to pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, and add spices powders 1 spoon red chili powder, 3/4 spoon coriander powder, 3/4 spoon cumin powder, 3/4 spoon garam masala powder, 1/8 spoon turmeric powder.
3 Now add 1/4 bowl fresh cream to pan, cook for 2-3 minutes.
4 Further more, add paneer cubes & 1 & 1/2 cup water to pan, salt to taste. then combine all and cook till desired consistency on low-medium flame.
